  1. Connect in ChatGPT

Install Tenant Bill Notifier from your available plugin source, then connect with Google when prompted. Google verifies your identity.

  2. Set up your utilities

Ask the plugin to help configure tenants, allocations and templates. Gmail access is a separate connection in ChatGPT.

  3. Review your draft

Ask for a verified utility draft. Check the amount, recipients and bill proof before requesting delivery.

Built around your local workflow.

Your approved settings, bill sources and complete email bodies stay on your computer in the local workflow. The hosted service receives account identity, opaque hashes and operational IDs for access, duplicate checks and delivery status.

Cleaned proof still needs review. Automated delivery remains a pilot under validation.

A few useful answers.

Does the plugin send bills automatically?

The regular workflow prepares drafts for review. Explicit delivery requests require verified information and duplicate checks. Unattended automation remains a pilot under validation.

Does Google sign-in give the plugin Gmail access?

Google sign-in verifies identity only. Your Gmail connection in ChatGPT is separate and is needed for the email workflow.

Can I combine more than one utility?

Yes. Ask the plugin to combine available verified bills into tenant drafts, using your saved allocations and templates.

Less bill admin.
More room for your day.
